He/She will be responsible for&nbsp; quality assurance activities&nbsp; and follow up consistent application of standards of operational procedures in implementing HTC/STIs services in a workplace setting.&nbsp; Working as a biomedical team member the Senior HTC Advisor will be responsible to:<br />&nbsp;<ul><li>Coordinate and monitor HTC campaigns in a workplace setting&nbsp; in collaboration with the biomedical team</li><li>Technically oversee &nbsp;the project HTC/STIs services</li><li>Ensure quality HTC service delivery</li><li>Advise the project on referral and linkage of HIV positive clients to HIV care and treatment services</li><li>Design/ redesign HTC service delivery strategies applicable to MULLU worksite</li><li>Support the development, dissemination and use of quality assurance protocols and SOPs</li><li>Ensure adherence of MULU worksite&rsquo;s HTC service delivery with the national guideline</li><li>Mentor health care providers rendering static and outreach HTC/STIs services in project worksites</li><li>Work closely with the project behavioral and structural teams to ensure service integration</li><li>Provide leadership in ensuring clinical service delivery of HIV related services are performed in accordance with standard operating procedures and in compliance with MOH rules and regulations and national guidelines</li><li>Work closely with government stakeholders to&nbsp; ensure quality standards are met, and resolve issues related to quality service delivery promptly and effectively</li><li>Follow-up accessibility of service and the service uptake to the beneficiary of the project</li><li>Maximize the service provision vis-a-vis the target and the cost that goes to the HTC activities directly and indirectly.</li><li>Strengthen the capacity of Partner Organizations to provide high quality HTC/STI services</li><li>In consultation with bio-medical lead, schedule ETHAD and proficiency testing at worksite health facilities and ensure that corrective measures are taken in time.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform any other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor</li></ul>

<ol style="list-style-type:upper-roman"><li><strong>Requirements</strong></li></ol>Post graduate degree in social science or public health or MD, or under graduate in public health or Health officer or equivalent with 7 years and &nbsp;10 years relevant work experience respectively, proven HIV Testing and management oversight experience, work place HIV prevention program experience, training and facilitation skills, experience in leading teams, adherence to quality assurance SOPs, experience in communications and material development, innovative creative spirit with strong experience using evidence to inform program direction, willingness to travel to hard to reach areas and all project sites, strong report writing skills.<br />&nbsp;<ol style="list-style-type:upper-roman"><li><strong>Additional Requirements</strong>:</li></ol>Knowledge of computer (Microsoft Word, Power point, and Excel); proficiency in spoken and written English and other local language is desired;
