Our largest farm is near Mojo. <br /><br />We are looking for a talented and experienced Finance-Controller for our Head office in Addis, in charge of all financial functions of the company in Ethiopia: budgeting, reporting, in-depth business and financial analysis, bank and cash matters, taxation-regulatory, people development, all being expected to be developed and performed at highest international standards. </div>
Job Requirements
<div style="text-align:justify">We expect you to have a solid BA-MBA degree in finance / accountancy, more than 10 years professional and relevant experience, you are easily able to do what is expected on all job functions, and you are expected and able to travel about 40-50% of your time out of the Addis head office to the farm operations, external contacts. You need to have solid experience in a disciplined international finance and accounting environment, requirements of monthly consolidation, end of year accounts with audits by the top 4 audit firms. Personal attributes are the logic ones you can expect from an analytical and knife sharp thinking and acting head of finance working together with many hard working staff.</div>
